This portal shows your appointments, the doctor and clinic, and documents your care team has chosen to share with you. It does not show your clinical notes, photographs or invoices.

If we have arranged it with you, you can also answer a short questionnaire before your consultation, and send a daily check-in in the two weeks after your operation. Sending a photograph is optional.

The check-in is not an emergency service. For heavy bleeding, breathlessness, chest pain, or pain or swelling in one calf, seek urgent medical care where you are, then tell us.

We keep a record of when you sign in and what you view. How we use and protect your information is set out in our privacy notice. For a full copy of your records, write to info@eips.com.
